Guaranteed larval survival
What does the equipment solve?
- Uniform aeration with microbubbles for gentle mixing without injuring the larvae.
- Stable temperature 26–30 °C: heating/cooling automatically maintains the set range.
- Return water filtration and UV treatment to reduce microbial load.
- Bioprotection complex: nets, washing, separate circuits for hydration/feeding.
Equipment
- Frame and bathtubs made of food-grade polymers (PP/PVC) with multi-tiered trays and drainages.
- Aeration: microporous tubes, collectors, flow adjustment by tiers.
- Heating element/chiller, controller, temperature sensors, alarms.
- UV sterilizer, cartridge filtration of reverse flow.
- Control panel with parameter log and remote access (optional).
How the module is designed and works
Multi-tiered architecture separates parties by type and age. The water goes through mechanical filtration and UV treatment, then returns to the baths. Aeration maintains a high concentration of dissolved oxygen, and leveling overflows eliminate stagnant zones and overheating.
Surfaces and drain units are designed for accelerated sanitary treatment: bottom slopes, quick-release grates, access to collectors without stopping adjacent tiers.
Typical configurations
- The module dimensions are about ≈ 2×1×1.6 m (two-tier design).
- Trays/baths ~0.9–1.0×1.0×0.3 m; division into 2–4 sections depending on the type and density of planting.
- In one module - placement of several families/batch of larvae, scaling in blocks.
- Materials: food grade polypropylene with reinforced metal frame; resistance to reagents and UV.
We select the exact dimensions and cutting according to the specifications and site standards.
Applications and Benefits
- Raising larvae of crayfish and shrimp (freshwater and marine).
- Maintenance of broodstock and separation by age.
- Scientific and breeding centers, RAS incubation areas.
- Controlled environment: DO, pH, temperature - with alarms and log.
- Hygiene and biosafety: UV treatment, separate circuits, quick sanitary procedures.
- Modularity: easily scalable and integrated into existing lines.
Options and integration
- Automatic starting feeding, dosing of probiotics.
- Redundancy of aeration and pumps, GSM/Push notifications.
